When and what time are we meeting?
All of the following PTSO meetings will be held at 7:00pm on the 2nd Tuesday of every month 

2016-2017 Schedule :
9/13/16
      10/11/16
      11/15/16  (due to elections on 11/08/16 - meeting moved to 1 week later)
      No Meeting in December
1/10/17
2/14/17
3/14/17 - this meeting was cancelled due to school cancellation as a result of a snow storm 
   rescheduled to Monday, 3/27/17

4/11/17 - Due to the rescheduling of March's meeting - April's meeting is cancelled
5/09/17

As we have decided to cancel April's meeting, which is when we would be presenting a slate of nominations to the members for elections to take place in May, we are seeking nominations for our upcoming vacant positions :  Treasurer and Vice President.  If you, or anyone you know, may be interested in becoming a part of the PTSO board, please email me with your information.  In April once we have compiled a list of interested parties, we will be presenting the slate of nominations for all the members to review so that we can hold elections at our annual meeting in May.  

If you are not interested in holding a board position, we would still love to have you join our meetings and be part of our discussions and decisions and ideas.

Where are we meeting?
All of the PTSO meetings for the 2016-2017 school year will be held in the Media Center (Library) unless otherwise noted.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
This year a significant portion of the revenue, approximately $5k-$6k, the PTSO typically receives was cut suddenly at the beginning of the school year.  Therefore, we are looking to you for help by paying a small $10 per family dues fee so that we can continue to support the students and staff with events and other things that have become part of the entire CHS experience for your student.  Click here to read a brochure that will explain a little more about the PTSO and what we do.  

Additionally, soon you will be receiving information on an online dues payment option, to make it easier for you to support us.  Please watch for that information.
