The National Honor Society is a group of motivated students who are committed to providing community service. To qualify for NHS, students are required to maintain an NGA of a 90 or above. Once inducted as a second semester junior, every member must partake in at least 10 hours of community service each semester.
Members are also expected to uphold the four National Honor Society pillars: leadership, service, scholarship, and service.
As a member of NHS, students attend a group meeting in the lecture hall at Concord High School at 7:00 p.m. on the first Monday of each month.
Members are also encouraged to share their ideas for the club by attending officer meetings which are held every Monday morning at 7:15 a.m. in room W4032.
